5.1 GSM/GPRS device/SIM card related Issues
5.1.1 The LED on the GSM/GPRS modem is not lighted up/blinking (Wavecom Modem only).
5.1.2 The LED is lighted up/blinking but service manager is unable to start even though I have clicked on the start service button. An “Access Denied” error is displayed on the Service Manager.
5.1.3 The LED is lighted up, but not blinking (Wavecom Modem).
