VisualGSM WebService - Connection Failure, VisualGSM WebService - Connection Failur

Hello,

I have some problem with the VisualGSMWebService.
After installing it, launched the Main page - control panel, but on accessing
the Access VisualGSM Enterprise Web Admin

I get this error;
Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client in C:\vgsmweb\www\visualgsmWebAdmin\PHP\public\adodb\drivers\adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 175
Sorry! Connect to database failure, please contact with your administrator.
The message of error is "Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client"

And accessing Access PHPMyAdmin returns the following errors;

What could be the problem?

On my machine, am running MySQL 5.0
